Is the Shop Login the same as my login on the main American Battlefield Trust website?
No, these logins are separate. Please create a new login for the Shop, or check out as Guest.

Does the American Battlefield Trust ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally. We only ship to the continental United States and Puerto Rico.

Why was my credit card payment declined during checkout?
Payments are often declined because the billing address or CVV code was entered incorrectly or because the billing address you entered does not match the billing address on your account. What do I do if I never received an order receipt and confirmation, but was still charged for the order?
You may want to check your spam filter to ensure that your receipt and order confirmation aren’t there. If they aren’t, it may be the case that the email address associated with the order was entered incorrectly. If you need confirmation that the order was placed, please contact Emily Witucki at (703) 242-7278 or email us at ABTCustomerService@webbmason.com with the billing or shipping name associated with the order.

What is your policy for returns and exchanges?
Items can be returned or exchanged unwashed, unworn, and undamaged within 30 days of the original purchase date. For more details, see our Shipping & Returns page.

What is the return policy for discounted or sale items?
Discounted and sale items are accepted under our standard return policy unless noted otherwise during the checkout process. Please return within 30 days upon receipt of your order.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, but having an account gives you access to additional store features. With an account, you can view and track orders, manage your account, and store multiple shipping addresses to use during checkout. Without an account, you can only get order updates via email.

How can I track my order?
If you signed up for an account, you can track your order by logging into your account and viewing “My Orders.” All orders that you placed through this store will appear there. If you don’t have an account, you will receive updates to the email address that you provided during checkout.

Does the American Battlefield Trust charge sales tax?
The American Battlefield Trust only charges sales tax to those customers whose billing address is in Washington, DC or Maryland. Washington, DC and Maryland residents/organizations must pay sales tax or submit copies of their DC tax-exemption certificate to ABTCustomerService@webbmason.com.

What forms of payment does the American Battlefield Trust accept?
We accept payment by credit card, including American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We also accept Paypal. We do not accept payment over the phone or by check.

Is my order secure?
All information provided to the American Battlefield Trust store is transmitted using VeriSign SSL encryption. You will be redirected to a secure payment page when you are ready to place an order.

Can I change my order once it’s been placed on the store?
Depending on the shipping option selected, you may be able to change your order but it is not guaranteed. Please contact Emily Witucki at (703) 242-7278 or email us at ABTCustomerService@webbmason.com with your order number and requested changes within 24 hours of your order. The sooner you inform us of the change, the better. We will do our best to accommodate your request, if the order has not yet been fulfilled.

Does the American Battlefield Trust ship out product samples to customers?
It depends. Please email us at orders@battlefields.org with your request. We handle each request on a case-by-case basis.

Does the American Battlefield Trust offer bulk or non-profit discounts?
As a general rule, we offer our products at an already discounted rate. However, in special circumstances, bulk order pricing can sometimes be negotiated. Prior to placing your order, please contact orders@battlefields.org with your request. We handle each request on a case-by-case basis.

How can I donate to the American Battlefield Trust?
The simplest ways to help are to donate online or become a member of the Trust.
