Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
In general, orders can take anywhere from 2-3 business days to be processed and fulfilled. Delivery is based on your selected shipping option. Orders placed after 3pm will not get processed until the following business day.
Currently, we only offer shipping via UPS. within the continental United States and Puerto Rico. We do not accept orders with PO boxes as the billing and/or shipping address. Ground shipping via UPS can be calculated via a real-time shipping estimator prior to check out in the cart.
Packages can be sent to the same address as your billing address or to another address. Shipping addresses can be selected on the "shipping information" section during checkout. If you have an account, you can select your preferred address at checkout.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
No returns/exchanges will be accepted after 30 days. For all returns, please send back the products with a printed copy of a complete return form.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
We do pay for return shipping if your order was incorrect or if the product you received was damaged. If you received an incorrect or damaged order, it must be returned within 30 days and you will receive the correct item using the same shipping method as your original order. If you no longer need the items, you will receive credit back to the original form of payment. If you wish to return an item for any other reason, you will be issued a store credit that can be used on the store at any time. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Returned products must have their original packaging, not show any sign of use, wear and tear, alterations, or any kind of damage. Shipping charges for returns and exchanges, as well as initial shipping fees, are not refundable.
Items can be exchanged unwashed, unworn, and undamaged within 30 days of the original purchase date. Customers are responsible for return shipping for all exchanges. Exchanges are subject to our regular shipping and handling fees. If you are exchanging your items for something else, we will apply your credit towards the new item at its current price.
Sale items are generally accepted under our standard return policy unless noted otherwise during the checkout process.
If you are making an exchange and used a coupon code to make your purchase, we will exchange the item for the same style in a different size or color. If you are exchanging your purchase for something else, we will apply your credit towards the new item at their current price. A previously used coupon code cannot be applied to the sale of a different item.
